As part of THRILL Task 5.3, a workshop on adaptive optics integration will be held in conjunction with the LPA Special Workshop on Intelligent Systems from 13-16 January 2025 at the University of Oxford.
This in-person event will host a larger community interested in topics related to machine learning, optimization, automation, and system integration in laser facilities, featuring an enriching program with plenary talks, discussion sessions, and tutorials.
As part of the workshop, THRILL will host dedicated sessions within Task 5.3 on Adaptive Optics (AO) integration. We will kick-start the development of an open-source, global beam control software framework by bringing together all partner institutes within THRILL and beyond to discuss current AO workflows, needs, and future developments. Your participation will help drive these critical advancements forward. Participants can look forward to a diverse program featuring plenary talks, discussion sessions, and informative tutorials. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to present their work through poster contributions.
On-site participation is limited to 100 participants. Participation is free of charge.
